If you're experiencing this error - see snippet below, Database Version Mismatch Issue on P6. Here's what to do:
1.Please do close your P6 Application and make sure to End Task the "Primevara.CacheService" on the Task Manager. If you see anything P6 Primavera related apps, please do also End Task them. Please see snippet below.
*If you can't find any, that's all right and proceed on step 2
2. Right after that please do download and open "P6 Setup" located here https://weoneil.box.com/s/b7ggj9qhx4umvhyb22wf8u49dlnfpqol and you should be good to go.
If you pinned P6 on your task bar please do unpin it. Go to windows search and find and click P6 Professional then Log in, once logged in you can re-pin that P6 icon on your task bar.
