To create a shared link in Box.

Locate the file or folder:
Navigate to the Box file or folder you want to share.

Access Sharing Options:
- Hover your mouse over the file or folder row.
- Click the "Share" button that appears on the right.

Choose Shared Link:
- A pop-up window will appear with various sharing options.
- Click on the "Shared Link" option.

Customize Shared Link Settings:
- People with the link: This option allows anyone with the link to access the file or folder, regardless of whether they have a Box account.
- People in your company: This option restricts access to those within the same Box enterprise or with a Box account using the same email domain.
- Invited people only: This option restricts access to only those who have been specifically invited to the file or folder.
- Access Permissions: You can choose to allow viewing, downloading, or both.
- Password Protection: You can add a password to the shared link for added security.

Copy and Share:
- Once you've configured the shared link settings, click "Copy Link".
- Paste the link into an email, document, or any other place where you want to share it.
