Loaner Laptop Borrowing Process

IMPORTANT: Ask permission or send an email to helpdesk a day or two before borrowing the laptop.

Steps:

  • Send an email to [email protected] and indicate the following
    • Name/Personnel:
    • Time:
    • Software (Needed to install):
    • Purpose:
    • Department:

Note: Make sure to logout all your MS 365 Accounts and clear browsing history on each browser (How-To) before returning the laptop.
